By creating an account or using VYBE, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use VYBE and provide accurate information when you sign up.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't impersonate others or use a username that infringes someone's rights.

Your content & conduct

• You keep ownership of the content you post (reviews, photos, videos, comments, messages), and you grant VYBE a license to display it within the service.
• Don't post illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing content, spam, or anything that violates others' privacy.
• You're responsible for what you share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Events & third-party data

Event listings, prices, and ticketing come from third parties and may be inaccurate or change. VYBE isn't responsible for events, tickets, venues, or your interactions with other users, including anything that happens when you meet people or attend events. Use good judgment and stay safe.

Spotify

Connecting Spotify is optional and subject to Spotify's own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Termination

You can stop using VYBE anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

VYBE is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Community Guidelines

Using VYBE also means following our Community Guidelines, which explain what's allowed and how reporting and enforcement work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as VYBE changes. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use VYBE after an update means you accept it.
